About Unmasked

Many adults reach their thirties, forties or later before anyone suggests they might be autistic or have ADHD, often because they learned early to mask it. Unmasked exists to make the first step private, calm and grounded in research.

The questionnaires here are published research instruments, reproduced faithfully and scored exactly as their authors describe. Each one has a page that explains what it measures, who it is for and what it cannot tell you, with links to the original papers.

Unmasked is also an app for Android and iPhone, with more tools for daily life. The website is deliberately simpler: questionnaires, results and a PDF, all inside your browser.

We do not show ads, and we never will on a tool about your mental health. Unmasked Pro is a one-time purchase that pays for development.
