What Unmasked is
Unmasked provides self-report questionnaires for screening and self-understanding. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. See Not medical advice.
Using the site
You may use Unmasked for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. The questionnaires belong to their authors and are used under their terms; see each questionnaire’s page.
Unmasked Pro
Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks the Pro questionnaires in the browser where you activate it. You can restore it in other browsers using your purchase email. It is not linked to purchases in the Unmasked mobile apps. If something is wrong with your purchase, contact us.
Your data
Your answers are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping a copy (for example the PDF) if you want one, because we cannot recover them.
No warranty
Unmasked is provided “as is”. We work hard to reproduce and score each questionnaire exactly, but we cannot promise the site will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a result.
