Your results follow your account. Sign in with the same Google, Apple or email account as the app and your history is on every device. Before you sign in, results are kept in a private guest account on this browser and move into your account when you create one.

These questionnaires help you notice patterns and put words to your experience. A score can suggest that a fuller assessment is worth considering. It cannot tell you whether you are autistic or have ADHD. Only a qualified professional can do that, by looking at your whole history. Why a score is not a diagnosis.
Your privacy, in plain words
- Results are saved to your Unmasked account so they are there on any device, including the app.
- Guest results are saved to a private guest account linked to this browser until you sign up, then they move into your account.
- AI is optional and only runs when you ask for it. When you choose an AI feature, the inputs for that feature (for example your assessment answers and scores, sensory profile, masking check-ins, a social-script situation, or a task-breakdown photo) are sent through our server to Anthropic’s Claude via Amazon Bedrock to write the response. Your name, email and account ID are not sent to the AI provider, and we don’t store the request or the response on our servers.
- No ads and no tracking cookies. We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and never sees your answers.
- “Delete my account and data” in your account settings removes everything, exactly as in the app.
